Using up-to-date and advanced techniques, Dr. Ratliff cares for various conditions including fractures and trauma, soft tissue, and nerve problems. He performs microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, fracture treatment, arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

Dr. Ratliff believes strongly that every person deserves the time and attention of their physician.  Every patient is different, and every problem is different.  It’s only through careful consideration and diagnosis that an individualized treatment plan can be made.  With Dr. Ratliff, not every problem needs surgery.  Surgery will be used as a last resort and only when necessary to help patients achieve their goals.  An active runner, Dr. Ratliff understands the needs of sports-minded individuals and their desires to resume activities after injury. He is driven to get his patients back to doing what they love.
